At Blocks 2 Cities, our mission is to help those in need. With food, hygiene products, and essential garments like underwear and socks. Our organization provides the necessary resources and support that every child, adult, and community deserves.
OUR MISSION
The mission of B2C Youth & Family Services, Ltd. is twofold:
First, our mission is to expose the youth of the city to educational and cultural experiences beyond the borders of their neighborhoods.
Second, our mission is to empower youth, support seniors, and provide assistance to the homeless through a range of programs and services designed to meet their unique needs and challenges..

Mentorship Program
We offer programs on health and physical skills, personal and social skills, cognitive and creative skills, vocational and citizenship skills, sexual health education, mentoring and peer partnerships, self-esteem education, family, child, and youth violence prevention, as well as cultural diversity
Harm Reduction
Reducing Harm, Restoring Hope, Rebuilding Lives.
At B2C Youth & Family Services, we embrace a compassionate harm
reduction approach that meets individuals and families where they are.
Our goal is to reduce the risks associated with substance use and
unsafe environments while promoting safety, dignity, and empowerment.
Through education, resources, peer support, and community
partnerships, we help individuals make healthier choices, strengthen
family connections, and take meaningful steps toward lasting wellness
and recovery.

Socks, Locks & Naloxone: A Life-Saving Outreach
We don’t just hand out supplies — we save lives.
Through our "Socks, Locks & Naloxone" initiative, Blocks 2 Cities provides essential items, including warm socks, firearm safety locks, and free naloxone kits (Narcan), to those in need. Each item addresses a different form of crisis, from homelessness to overdose to gun violence — all in one unified effort.
Together, we are reducing harm, restoring hope, and rebuilding lives.

Together, we provide essential services such as showers, toiletries, clothing,
and undergarments to those in need. Our team visits various locations every

Essentials Giveaway Events
Every 4th Sunday at the 2nd Presbyterian Church
in Chicago from 6:30 pm-8 pm
B2C will be providing new underwear, new socks, and other essential items to those in need.
Additionally, fresh produce giveaways will be held at various sites throughout the Chicagoland area.
